Have been a while since my last post I decided I would document some of my findings and share them with the world. Recently joining twitter and pretty much loving it, my eyes have been opened to so many sources on the web that I just would have never found otherwise. With that being said here are a few that tickled my fancy.

Fontspace.com

I was a wannabe font designer for a while, never really went anywhere with it, since I wasn’t really motivated enough to purchase the software. But I have a book or two on typography, and I often find myself skimming them at the local book stores. I’m also into graphics design for the web, and naturally choosing a good typeface for a project or the web is key. This is where Fontspace.com has been a help for finding type that inspire, or go with a particular design plan. However I’d still like to create my own font one day. Who knows, maybe I will. I hate it and I love it, but I love it more. Fabio has a good thing going over there at his site abduzeedo.com the only reason I say I hate it is because I can spend soo much time there browsing his tutorial and looking at his daily inspirations it’s not conducive to my productivity. However it does prove to help later on down the road.

	No it’s not what you think. Unless you’re a programer. Yet another site I came across through someone’s tweets was brushking.eu, which is tied to tutorialking.eu. They’re pretty good resources, the brushes in particular. And did I mention they’re free? Well they are so enjoy!

Smashingmagazine.com
Haven’t really fully explored this one, only came across it a couple of day ago. But it’s jam-packed with goodies and info mainly for web development smashingmagazine.com is really a combination of the aforementioned sites.

That being said in the coming months I’ll be doing a lot of reading, and these techniques to this site, and to another I have in the works. However I’ll first have to migrate my server to a new box since I’m going to try get a site going that will hopefully see more traffic, and can benefit the web community.
